cci_dtu_tum_arctic_sla_v3.1.nc is a NETCDF containing:

* Monthly Sea level anamalies (SLA) from Sep. 1991 to Sep. 2018
* date: time in decimal years
* Latitude of grid cells (gridline registration)
* Longitude of grid cells (gridline registration
* SLA range of the 95% confidence levels for all SLAs
* Percentile 2.5% 
* Percentile 97.5%
* Standard deviation (use with coution - data are NOT normal distributed. It is recommended to use the 95% confidence interval range)
