Export comments to MS Word (Windows)
When a PDF document that was created from a Microsoft Word document is being reviewed, you can import the comments from the PDF into the original Word document. You must use Microsoft Word 2002. This feature is not available if you are using Acrobat in a browser window.
1.Make sure that all the comments are merged into one PDF document. Delete any unwanted comments. Save the PDF document.
2.On the toolbar, choose Review & Comment > Export Comments to Word. If the original Word document cannot be found, select it from the dialog box, and then click Open.
3.Click Yes to add the comments.
4.Make sure that the appropriate files are selected, specify which comments you want to import, and then click Continue.
5.In the Successful Import dialog box, click Integrate Text Edits.
6.If the document includes text edits, you’ll be asked to confirm the changes one by one. Apply or discard the changes.
